If you book a consultation we also collect scheduling and payment information. We may collect limited usage data — such as pages visited and session duration — in anonymised form to improve the platform. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Information is used to: process your intake and eligibility screening; facilitate the connection between you and a licensed clinician; send appointment and care-related communications; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and improve the quality and safety of the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Health information
Health information you provide is treated with the highest level of care. It is used solely to support your clinical review and ongoing care relationship. Access is restricted to your assigned clinician and essential care coordination staff. We implement technical and organisational safeguards to protect this information at rest and in transit.
Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have engaged and to comply with applicable law. Health records are retained in accordance with regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of non-clinical account data at any time by contacting our care team.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you; to restrict or object to how we process it; and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights contact care@ketaminehubs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. We will notify you promptly in the event of a breach that affects your personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated directly where required by applicable law.

Eligibility to use the platform
You must be 18 years of age or older to use KetamineHubs. By using this platform you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not provide care for minors under any circumstances.
Nature of the platform
KetamineHubs is a care coordination platform. We facilitate the connection between adults seeking ketamine therapy and licensed clinicians. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment directly. All clinical decisions are made by independently licensed healthcare providers. Content on this site — including articles and FAQs — is informational and does not constitute medical advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false or misleading information during intake, attempt to circumvent safety requirements, access systems without authorisation, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide during intake and throughout your care. Providing false or incomplete information may result in clinical decisions being made on an inaccurate basis, which can affect your safety. KetamineHubs is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate information you provide.
Payment and cancellation
Fees are outlined on the Pricing page and confirmed before any commitment is required. The intake consultation fee is non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
KetamineHubs provides coordination services and is not a medical provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for clinical outcomes, the acts or omissions of independent clinicians, or any harm arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KetamineHubs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required by law.
