Pricing questions
If your question is not answered here, the care team is happy to help.
Does insurance cover ketamine therapy?
Most health insurance plans do not cover ketamine therapy directly. However, some plans may reimburse for the clinical consultation or part of the care coordination. We can provide documentation to support a reimbursement claim — contact us after your intake to discuss.
When is payment required?
The intake consultation fee is due at the time of booking. Program fees are confirmed and collected after eligibility is determined and before treatment begins. There is no charge for the eligibility review process itself.
Are there payment plan options?
We can discuss payment arrangements for the treatment program on a case-by-case basis. Contact the care team after your consultation to understand what options may be available for your situation.
What if I start intake and am not eligible?
The intake consultation fee covers the clinical review process regardless of outcome. If you are found ineligible, there is no further charge. The clinician will explain the decision clearly and, where possible, suggest appropriate next steps.
Is the maintenance session price the same for all patients?
The per-session maintenance rate applies to all existing patients who have completed a KetamineHubs program. Scheduling and frequency are determined in consultation with your clinician based on your response to the initial program.
